This class will allow time to explore the body, mind, and spirit through yang yoga, breath work, and qigong. The class ends with a soothing sound bath.
*Yang yoga builds stability, harmony, and balance in the body, mind, and spirit. We will slow down the practice and explore the pose so you will have more time and freedom to adapt the pose for your body.
*qigong is an ancient discipline from China that uses breath and movement to direct chi through the body.
